Eating on cloud 9
One of the many things that most people worry about changing to a low-carb lifestyle is giving up bread. We have become a sandwich nation. Taco Bell ran a campaign for years saying think outside the bun, that was a clever way of saying everything else you eat at fast food restaurants has a bun on it, try something different. After 48 hours of waiting my bone broth was complete. Given I have never tasted someone else’s bone broth I am really wonder if this is what it is supposed to be. Well I know I did a few things wrong at the start of this process so that could have something to do with how it turned out.
