LaTonya Owens Week 1 Review

Week 1 in Review

LaTonya has completed week one so we sat down to review week one. I decided to record this conversation on video. We want people to see and hear what it means to start a low-carb life. I don’t want to make people think it is easy. In this video I think it is very clear that LaTonya is fighting years of eating the way she had grown accustom. At the same time you can hear the determination to keep moving forward.

In week One LaTonya talked about her sugar addiction. Some addiction programs say admitting you have a problem is the first step. In this 10 min video we tried to capture all the things that LaTonya had to overcome. We talk about the big surprise, the thing that LaTonya didn’t expect. LaTonya talked about the things that LaTonya plans to improve on for week 2. Click on the photo to watch interview

We want to Inspire

Our goal in these video’s is to inspire other to look at what they are eating. We want to grow their knowledge about the food they eat. We hope that you decide to start a low-carb life. Even if you don’t we hope to at least to bring awareness to the amount of processed foods we eat every day. Walking away from these weekly updates with a tip that brings you closer to eating real food more often would be a victory.

I have read many of post about people starting their journey’s and I always find my self wanting to know more about what they tried and what went wrong.  I am hoping that we capture this in the video and share this with you.

This video we talk about tips that LaTonya has adopted to make the journey easier moving forward. You are now in the front row seat of a person starting “A Low-Carb Life”.
